Highland Park Community Development Corporation is 501c3 nonprofit small grass roots effort engaging in those program areas that will help alleviate challenges associated with poverty, discriminations and urban living to children, families and the elderly. HPCDC believes in providing innovative programs in youth leadership, education, drug abuse prevention and health related services. We are committed to collaborating with other community based providers to serve the multiple needs of all our communities.
