Take the F Train to Queens, get off on 21st Street and QueensBridge, Walk to the corner which is 40th Avenue and turn left, walk to the next corner which is 13th Street and turn right. The Center is right at the corner. You will see a small cross.   Nearest Metro/Subway Stop: F train ,   Walk distance (in minutes): 5 minutes
