Sue Rock Originals Everyone, Inc is committed to creating clothing and accessories to survivors of domestic violence living in transitional housing. We teach all aspects of textile arts.
Description:
Sue Rock Originals Everyone Inc participates in the following activities: Participating in volunteer created clothing drives for survivors of domestic violence and making drop offs at local domestic violence residences./ Training women in domestic violence shelters in the textile arts for the purpose of creative education, emotional/psychological healing and economic development purposes. Participates in regular textile focused fundraisers to bring out the awareness of how fashion can influence, uplift and change women's lives/ Trains and educates volunteers in various textile arts. Trains and educates children and adults in various textile arts.
History:
Sue Rock Originals Everyone has functioned as a charity for the past five years. We received our 501(c)3 status in 2008.
