Our mission is to teach under exposed teenagers the practical money skills needed to become fiscally responsible and financially independent citizens.
Description:
Building Bloc’s flagship program provides Financial Literacy education to under exposed teenagers covering various money topics, including budgeting, personal banking, savings, investing, debt management, credit maintenance, home-ownership and consumer rights.
We deliver captivating and compelling in-classroom programs that corresponds to real world scenarios which the students can more readily relate to and translate into money practices that will lead to responsible and practical financial practices that will last them for life.
History:
Founded in 2006, Building Blocs has been teaching money topics to teens in Brooklyn.
