The mission of the volunteer programs at the Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter is to expand and enhance the quality of its programs for homeless men and women through community involvement and integration while providing a rewarding experience for the volunteer.
Description:
The Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter is a community-based organization with programs and services reaching approximately 1,000 homeless adults annually. Its major programs are designed to help the homeless move to lives of dignity and independence.
