History:
Jewish Home is a premier non-profit skilled nursing home and geriatric health care/rehabilitation facility employing skilled nurses, physicians and other professionals to provide excellent long term care, home care, health services and social services in the New York area. 1940 - The Jewish Home began providing home health care before government supported programs was established. Today, Lifecare Community Services provides the largest Long Term Home Health Care programs in the city, offering nursing home type services to the chronically ill in their own homes.
