TOP HONORS, Inc., believes in the concept of "EDUTAINMENT," the teaching of math through fun and games.

Description and/or History:
TOP HONORS, Inc., believes in the concept of "EDUTAINMENT," combining math with fun. Tutors use a unique step-by-step curriculum that motivates students to learn with use of educational games and competitions.


Top Honors was founded in January, 2002 and obtained 501(c)3 non-profit status one year later.

Tutoring sessions began in Oct 2002 with 10 students. The program now has over 75 students from the Upper West Side, Harlem, and Bronx districts.

Top Honors has received grants from Columbia University and the Citigroup Foundation.

The program continues to attract students who will improve and learn math while focusing on real life examples.
