We seek to serve one hundred seniors with the gift of companionship and social activities. The program year is May 2007 to May 2008. Applications are now being accepted.

History:
Cobble Hill Health Center, Inc is a not for profit skilled nursing facility that has existed since 1976, originally as St. Peters hospital. Cobble Hill has provided long-term care and short-term rehabilitation for many years and most recently specialized care (Alzheimer's disease, Dialysis Unit, Cardiac Unit).
