Park Slope Geriatric Day Center has been serving the community for the past twenty years. The agency's services include social adult day services at two sites, door to door transportation, hot meals, and the wide variety of programs and services offered through the Family Caregiver Project including individual & group counseling, benefits & entitlements assistance, information & referral, education & training, subsidized respite for Caregivers, as well as LGBTQ services and the Vintage Pride Volunteer Program.
