UCP/NYC mission is to provide the highest quality services in health care, education, employment, housing and technology resources that support people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities in leading independent and productive lives.
History:
Since 1946, United Cerebral Palsy of New York City (UCP/NYC) has been a powerful resource for individuals with disabilities and their families. From our roots as a non-profit agency founded by a courageous group of parents who were frustrated by the absence of community-based services for their sons and daughters, UCP/NYC has evolved into a premier disability organization serving over 10,000 children, adults and families annually.
