Volunteer Opportunity Details:

WomensLaw.org is looking for people to update the existing Shelter, Legal Aid, Courthouse and Sheriff Department information on our website. You can do the work from your home or office. Since WomensLaw.org has specific information for all 50 states, it is important the phone numbers and addresses are accurate so that when a someone uses the website they can find the help they need.

To be a volunteer, we would send you a word document containing resources for a specific state and ask that you use the internet and phone to verify that the information is correct and change the information if it is outdated using the Track Changes function. You would do this on a word document and then email it back to us, and we would post these changes to our website.

It is helpful to be familiar with the "Track Changes" tool on Word.
