Bi-lingual Parent Coordinator Position
Do you have a child living with epilepsy? If yes, this is the volunteer position for you. The Epilepsy Institute seeks parents to volunteer as Parent Coordinators who meet the following requirements:

• Parents that speak Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese), Creole, and French
• Parents should be from the following communities: Harlem, Washington Heights, Jackson Heights, North Central Corona, Flushing, Sunset Park-Industry & Williamsburg, University Heights, Norwood area, and Highbridge Heights). Other communities will be considered.
• Able to share personal experience with epilepsy and learned resources

Se Necesitan Padres Coordinadores Bilingüe
El Instituto de la Epilepsia está buscando padres que tienen un hijo (s) con epilepsy para trabajar con otros padres en las comunidades Hispanas de los condados de Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, y Brooklyn con el objetivo de mejorar el acceso a los servicios médicos para niños y jóvenes con epilepsia.

Requisitos:
• Ser Bilingüe (Español/Ingles)
• Ser padre de un niño/joven con epilepsia
• Vivir en las comunidad de Harlem, Washington Heights, Jackson Heights, North Central Corona, Sunset Park Industry & Williamsburg, University Heights, Norwood area, y Highbridge Heights. Otras comunidades seran consideradas.
• Trabajar un horario flexible (algunos fines de semana, tardes)
