Volunteer Opportunity Details:

R Baby Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that newborn babies, primarily those in the first month of life suffering from viral infections and other infectious diseases, receive the highest quality of care and service through supporting education, research, treatment, training and life-saving equipment.

We are currently seeking to expand our Event Committee during a time of rapid growth. Members attend six meetings per year to help plan the annual fundraising event. We are currently in the process of planning the specifics of RBF’s fundraising walk/run, to be held on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10, 2009 in Central Park. Committee members actively work on the fundraising event and seek to introduce the organization to groups and individuals who could help support the charity and encourage and promote its growth. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other great people on the Committee. Members serve two-year terms.
