Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Here are some of the volunteer opportunities that we offer starting on Monday, April 7th:

· Become a volunteer referee and gain god-like status every Friday at "Game Day" from 3:00-5:30pm at our field at 135th @ Amsterdam. No experience necessary-we will teach you everything!

· Be an assistant poetry coach and help children find a word that rhymes with pepperoni. Poetry classes are held twice a week from 3:00-4:30 at our participating schools in Washington Heights and Central Harlem.

· Be an assistant soccer coach and become a human target for 16 size 4 soccer balls. Target practice is twice a week from 3:00-4:30pm at our participating schools in Washington Heights and Central Harlem.

· Volunteer at our Eighth Annual Jamboree celebration on Saturday, June 14th.

No Experience is needed for these positions.
