 READ Philippines is an outreach program that helps to educate the community about Filipino culture by donating books written by Filipino and Filipino-American authors to the Public Library systems in the New York area. We are looking for people who can help liaise with libraries, raise funds, or just help with small tasks. Anyone may help.
