| The Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC), an award-winning not for profit theatre company in Astoria, Queens, is in search of volunteers to construct an amazing set for the dramatic play Proof. This would be an amazing learning opportunity for anyone interested in set design, theatre, getting to know a not-for-profit, or or who just likes working with power tools! Emmy-nominated and award winning set designer Michael P. Kramer has designed this set and as many hands as possible are needed to realize his vision. His past work has been nominated for a New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Set Design. If you are interested in set design this would be an amazing opportunity to work under someone who is extremely talented. You'll meet other people who are interested in theatre! If you are a fan of good theatre, this is your chance to help create it! We would love your help as well.
